Sri Sri Yoga - The path to a stress free body and mind

is Pure form of yoga for beginners and seekers. A complete yoga discipline, in Sri Sri Yoga, the wisdom and techniques of Yoga are brought to you in a very joyful and thorough manner. A combination of gentle and vigorous series of Asanas (postures) is taught for the well-being of the body, while an equal emphasis is placed on Pranayama (breathing) techniques for nurturing the mind and spirit. It is to bring us to a state of harmony in every aspect of life whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual and this brings a transformation from stress to happiness, not just at an individual level but at the level of society as well.

Yin Yoga - Restorative and relaxing Yoga

Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing and restorative practice, working on many levels – physical, emotional and energetic. Each pose is held for 2 to 15 minutes and so it has the ability to work on connective tissue, the parasympathetic nervous system, and the also the entire nervous system. Most importantly, by holding the poses for longer you can truly start to surrender, release and let go. Yin Yoga is therapeutic, restorative and gives deep relaxing and meditative mood.

  • 10:00am – Activities (Knowledge sessions – hiking – Lake walk – temple visit )
  • 12:00pm – 2:00pm Lunch – preparing lunch and Eating

  • 3:00pm – 4:00pm Tea Time
  • 4:00pm – 5:00pm Fun sessions (drawing – meditative rejuvenating and healing drawing and colourings sessions; Games; chanting & keertans or any group activity)
