Yoga Basics is a 60-minute class designed for people new to yoga. It provides an introduction to the basic principles of yoga focusing on the most common postures, their correct alignment, and their appropriate modifications. No previous yoga experience or particular fitness ability is required to participate in a Yoga Basics class.
