A private class helps you receive one-to-one attention from your yoga instructor or physical trainer. It can be especially helpful if you are a beginner to yoga, or have existing health conditions that could make attending a regular group class difficult or even dangerous.
Private Yoga Classes
Every class is designed specially for you.
You can have these private sessions at your gym, home, or any convenient location (due to COVID-19 government regulations, presently we are not offering private sessions at home). You could even choose to have your private sessions at our studio where a dedicated studio room will be allocated to you to have your one-on-one session with your instructor.
1-1 yoga sessions
focus on developing your strength and flexibility step by step, with a completely personalized experience
Clinical yoga therapy sessions
Here the focus on improving on exisiting health conditions, for example, spine and joint conditions
Semi-private sessions
You can also do private sessions with a group of 2-3 people session, for example a session with your friends or family.
