High Intensity Interval training
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of intense workout. The session alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. For example, a good starter workout is jumping around the hall for 1 minute and then walking on tip toes for 2 minutes.
