Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slower, passive, and meditative form of yoga which is deeply relaxing. The class has a mix of seated and supine postures held for 3 minutes to 5 minutes each which accesses the deep connective tissues of the body, leading to a deep state of calm. Yin yoga is a great class for the end of a busy day or on a Thursday evening.
