Become a certified & confident Meditation teacher with Yoga Ashram’s 50-Hour Meditation Program. This Meditation program is certified by Yoga Alliance and is a suitable for all levels – whether you’re a beginner or a professional meditator.

 

If you have completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, you will be able to take your own meditation classes professionally after this program.

2. You want to lead individuals or groups through the mediation process, helping them to
get the benefit of meditation and improve their lives in so many ways.

Weekend Format

Dates: 9th April to 8th May, 2021
Timings: 9 AM-2 PM

(timings are tentative – can be changed based on the convenience of all the participants who have a paid and confirmed registration)

Days: Fridays & Saturdays
Duration: 5 hours on each day of the weekend (5 weekends of 2 days each)
Weekday Format
Dates: 18th April-29th April
Timings: 9 AM-2 PM

(timings are tentative – can be changed based on the convenience of all the participants who have a paid and confirmed registration)

Days: Sunday-Thursday
Duration: 5 hours on the weekdays (10 weekdays)

Key Components

  • Classes timings are 9 AM-2 PM. Due to Ramadan, on the basis of convenience of all the confirmed and registered participants, timings may be subject to change.
  • All classes will be studio classes as well as live streamed on zoom with recordings.
  • The classes will be a mix of theory and practical.
