Fact is that 67–75% of people who come for Yoga are women, and 85% of women will have a baby in their life.
Many women are with issues related to pregnancy or postpartum and do not know how to deal with them. Many of these issues could be prevented or mitigated through proper Yoga sessions focusing on the prenatal and postnatal classes. We as yoga teachers or trainers taking classes for prenatal or postnatal clients should know how to do.
Besides the above there are many woman struggling with Hormonal issues, menstrual and menopause problems and other women’s health issues.
We at Yoga Ashram with our Prenatal, Postnatal and women’s health TTP, with your support, plan to make a difference to the experience of Women be it pregnancy, postpartum or any of the health issues – physical or mental – women experience.
