The yoga retreat happening over the National Day Holidays this year is a real treat as its truly a transformative journey to Ones Soul.
You will be transported to a place of Deep Rest and Rejuvenation far from the tourist areas and maddening crowds where from every angle you get a breathtaking view of the Douladhara Range of the Himalayan Mountains.
Early morning Sadhana in a Group will nourish your mind and body followed by deep discourses of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras by Kamlesh Barwal Ji and the afternoon deep meditations and Evening Yoga will leave you feeling deeply energised.
Sattvic, i.e., high-prana food served during breakfast, lunch and dinner will spoil you for choices and also give you deep insights into how the mountain folk nourish their bodies and mind. Mindful treks in the vicinity and surrounds of the Ashram with occasional sightings of goats, birdlife and streams of fresh water from the mountain will leave your soul truly singing!

Evenings huddled around a bonfire singing and sharing inspiring stories and folklore in the region just make you feel like you don’t want to leave. All too soon when you do have to leave, you would have learned how to slow down and calm down from the mountain folk.
