Cancellation policy

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply as follows:

75+ days before

Full amount paid will be refunded, less the Admin Fee, VAT and Transaction Fee.

65 days before

50% of the amount paid so far for the package will not be refunded.

60 days or less

If you cancel after 60 days or less before your retreat start date, no refund is applicable.
