General Terms and Conditions
- Late Admittance: Last admittance to class is 10 minutes after the start time.
- Bring Your Own Yoga Mat & Tumbler or Flask: To maintain hygiene and sustainability, all members are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and a tumbler or flask for personal use. Limited mats are available for borrowing or purchase at the studio.
- Mandatory Grip Socks: Grip socks are required for all Reformer Pilates classes. You may bring your own or purchase them from our boutique.
- Booking: Bookings should be made online in advance to guarantee your space.
- Workshops: Workshops are not included.
- Check-In: Students must check in at reception at least five minutes before class starts, even with an online booking, as our location and parking can be challenging.
- Injuries: Students must inform the teacher of any injuries for appropriate adjustments.
- Right to Refuse: Yoga Ashram reserves the right to refuse admission.

Class Booking Limits
- ADV+ members can book a maximum of 2 classes per week (1 Yoga or Meditation Class and 1 Reformer Class)
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Book your class between 48 hours and 4 hours before the class starts by calling +971 4 344 8795 or WhatsApp +971 58 871 4314.
- Reformer Pilates is available for participants 16 years old and above.
- If you cancel less than 4 hours before your class or do not attend, the session will be deducted from your package.
- Repeated no-shows or cancellation may result in your membership being suspended or cancelled without replacement.
- Members who accumulate 3 late cancellations or no-shows will receive a 1-month suspension from booking classes at Yoga Ashram.

Responsibility
- Liability Waiver: Yoga Ashram waives all liability for clients who do not follow instructions or fail to disclose medical conditions or recent injuries.
- Risk Acceptance: By using Yoga Ashram facilities, you accept the inherent risks associated with all forms of exercise.
- Personal Limits: Students are responsible for practicing within their limits and deciding whether to follow the teacher’s guidance.
- Injury Responsibility: Any personal injury or fatality incurred before, during, or after classes is the student’s responsibility. Yoga Ashram and its teachers hold no liability.
- Mobile Phones: Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode within the studio.
- Responsibility for Belongings: Yoga Ashram accepts no responsibility for property left, stolen, or damaged on the premises. Please be responsible for your belongings.
