Pranayama, Yoga, and Meditation
The pranayama, yoga, and meditation class is a 1-hour class that starts with 20-minutes of pranayamas (breathwork), followed by 20 minutes of yoga, and finally completing the class with 20 minutes of meditation. It is a well-balanced class that focuses on all the 3 main components of a yoga practice equally. It’s a gentle relaxing class – and a popular class for all levels.
