The Postnatal and Women’s Health Program Is For You If You Want To
- Step up your yoga experience and desire to take sessions for Prenatal, Postnatal or women’s health issues.
- If you are a trainer or coach and are working with woman, this additional knowledge will enhance your skills.
- If you are already a Yoga Teacher, this TTP will enable you to teach Prenatal yoga / postnatal or have special classes for women’s health. Become a certified & confident Prenatal, Postnatal and womens health Yoga teacher with Yoga Ashram’s 90-Hour Special Yoga teacher training Program and empower the women who come to your class during or after their pregnancy or having some health issues to deal with the issues and remain fit and healthy.
- If You are pregnant or want to be pregnant soon, this workshop will help you learn the skills for safe and easy pregnancy and quick recovery.
